Designed by one of our children, our elephant embodies our school’s prayers, values and motto. Symbolising wisdom, strength and gentle courage, we named him Bernie – meaning “brave and strong” (from Pherenike, “bringing victory”). Bernie represents our hope for children: to be brave, persistent and victorious in all they do.
