The children and staff at White Waltham C of E Academy named their elephant Monica. Her legs were made collaboratively by pupils, inspired by the four seasons. Her body celebrates the community, featuring landmarks like the airfield, St Mary’s Church and pub, plus a cricketer and Carter’s Steam Fair carousel.
